KC Lockrem
KC Lockrem was raised in Colorado, educated at the School of Visual Arts in New York City and is now based in Bend, Oregon. Lockrem's highly intuitive work varies from jubilant abstracts to raw, mixed-media figuratives. Lockrem creates layered narratives in her paintings and mixed media works; she conveys hope through her ability to evoke grand, powerful emotion through use of vibrant color, place, and symbolism.
